Everything Falls Apart by Korn from their album The Serenity of Suffering. This one features Yuel about to fall off some kind of floating rock into an abyss while there's a black sky raging behind her with those purple-like thunders. This one was also done in Adobe Photoshop about 2 years ago but it's a different technique compared to the previous one.
